Meredith Weiss

Meredith WeissMorah Meredith is often referred to as a "Renaissance Woman" due to her varied life experience and long list of talents and interests.  During childhood, she considered many exotic career paths, and studied to become a paleontologist, a meteorologist, an actress, and an astronaut, before deciding on becoming a doctor, specifically, an emergency pediatric trauma specialist.  Obviously during college she changed her mind...  She holds a degree in Communications from Muhlenberg College, where she also minored in Philosophy, and created her own concentration in Technology Studies.  Today, she is both a teacher here at Beth Shalom and the Albert Einstein Academy. This will be third year teaching at Beth Shalom.  When not in the classroom, you can find Morah Meredith singing in the Beth Shalom choir, leading Family Services for the High Holy Days or at the Kutz Home, guiding our Junior Congregation, or anything else imagineable.
